Three village men stand around an unfinished concrete building on a rubble-strewn lot on an overcast day: a man in a maroon flat cap does most of the talking, a man in a black knit cap hunches over clutching his arm and sobbing, and a heavyset man in a flat cap chews on a woollen glove. A fourth man in a beige raincoat walks in across the empty field and joins them, and the group breaks up walking off past the rusted steel frame.
