Roughly three quarters of the frames are a completely black screen: a man lies in a pitch-dark room and every so often strikes a match, holding the flame to his own face and to a wind-up alarm clock on a table to check the time, then rubs his eyes and lets it go dark again - the same beat repeats four or five times. The final ten seconds cut to a washed-out wide shot of a bare cell-like room with a grilled window, where one person slumps over a cloth-covered table and a second leans in over them. With most of the runtime literally unlit, what the sketch is about is not readable from the picture.
