In a paint and hardware shop a hollow-eyed shopkeeper in a checked shirt talks with a hard-faced customer in a black jacket and thick gold chain, with brief cutaways to the shop's street entrance and to a heavy-set official sitting at a desk with an Armenian flag and a PC, whom the shopkeeper also faces. Near the end the shopkeeper buries his face in a plastic bag of yellow glue and comes up dazed, and the customer steps behind the counter and scoops more glue out of a tub into the bag.
