A man in a fur ushanka with a shoulder bag and clipboard works his way up a Soviet-era apartment stairwell and knocks on a door, where a tenant in a light patterned sweater argues with him at length in the hallway while a neighbour woman played in drag looks on holding fruit. Money eventually changes hands and the sketch ends with the whole household crowding into the doorway, shoving and hugging in a laughing scrum.
