A woman doctor in a white coat sits writing at her desk when a nervous man in a black jacket hovers at the door, comes in and spends the whole sketch in an animated seated complaint, grimacing and pointing at his own chest while she argues back. Near the end the camera cuts behind the exam curtain to a mustachioed old man in a flat cap who throws his jacket open to bare a very hairy chest, then buttons back up.
